Terri never imagined her life would unfold as it has, moving her into the role of a full-time caregiver. She graduated from Marshall University in West Virginia with a BA degree in English and a Professional Certificate in Journalism. She married and moved to North Carolina where she taught high school American Literature and Journalism for many years. Then life changed...

Following her husband’s untimely stroke and subsequent early disability retirement, she became a full time caregiver supervising his rehabilitation. Declining health of her mother and mother-in-law extended her caregiving responsibilities.

Riding The Care-Go-Round is a new direction in Robinson’s writing. She realized that years of caregiving had given her a unique insight into not only the challenges of that world, but the survival techniques as well. Her friends, family, pastor and others encouraged Terri to share her knowledge and experience with others.
